  • Yes! The Advocacy Underground is a North Carolina 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and our Federal Identification Number (EIN) is 87-3684162.

    All donations to our general giving fund are fully tax-deductible. However, purchases made through our online shop are not tax-deductible, as you’re receiving goods in exchange for your contribution. Thank you for supporting our mission in every way you can!

  • Your donation supports our mission in four key ways:

    • Providing direct IEP support to families.

    • Offering training and partnership programs for schools to foster inclusive practices.

    • Developing and distributing educational toolkits for parents and educators.

    • Creating resources for the community, such as blog content, training courses, in-person events, and more.

  • Absolutely! Recurring donations provide consistent support for our work. You can set up a weekly or monthly recurring contribution when you donate.
